（中央社記者蔡怡杼台北2016年9月16日電）颱風馬勒卡來襲，為防豪雨造成原水濁度過高，自來水公司呼籲民眾蓄水備用並請節約用水，此外，因颱風莫蘭蒂造成停水的問題，高雄地區預計今晚12時全面恢復供水。

因應颱風馬勒卡來襲，自來水公司已成立緊急應變小組因應，為防豪雨造成原水濁度過高，各淨水場已加強戒備，颱風期間用戶如有供水問題，請撥打客服服務專線1910。

另外，大高雄地區，因颱風莫蘭蒂侵襲，加上山區降雨造成高屏溪濁度飆升，影響各給水廠供水，台水公司緊急調度台南清水及南化水庫水量應急。

台水表示，已依預定期程於今天下午2時陸續加壓供水，因復水初期管線空管及民眾蓄水設備待補水，所以管線末端及高地區復水時間將會稍慢，預計今晚12時全面恢復供水。

此外，送水初期如有用戶無法順利進水，可能因管線空氣阻塞或抽水馬達異常，用戶可先自行檢修或電洽台水客服中心。1050916

南投縣學年度第一學期中小學校長會議1日於暨大附中舉行，有鑑於雙薪家庭愈來愈普及，孩子下課後，必須抽空接送或安排上安親班，南投縣長林明溱於致詞時表示，為讓父母安心就業，減輕負擔，縣府將推動課後留園，寒暑假提供整天幼兒照顧。

林明溱指出，小學低年級到高年級周三讀半天，如父母都在賺錢，又無祖父母親人代勞，難以抽出人力接送小孩，國教署大力推動課後留園、寒暑假提供整天的幼兒照顧，平常上班日可照顧幼童到6點，這樣家長就不需急急忙忙請假，縣府會配合國教署先開辦低年級一般生課後照顧，弱勢家庭及一般小孩都能享受。

縣府釋放出課後留園的消息，縣內家長普遍欣然接受，認為這是一項德政。陳姓家長便指出，雙薪家庭遇到小孩中午下課，一般都會請安親班接送小孩，不但增加家庭支出負擔，安親班的環境也較封閉，對好動的小孩來說，空間太小，難以施展，如能讓小孩留在校園，再搭配其他才藝或體適能課程，他很樂意將小孩留在校園繼續學習。

但推動課後留園，也勢必增加老師的負擔，恐引起教師反彈。與會校長指出，如果能夠額外編列經費招募師資，不增加原有師長負擔，也較能維持教學品質，不過畢竟每間學校的狀況不一樣，可能要個別提列計畫進行輔導。
